Accountability - Wednesday

Sorry I'm late today ladies, been REALLY busy this morning at work (I usually get a chance before things pick up to get this put on here).
FI and I are finally getting back in the swing of our workout. He said he needs to start getting his butt out of bed in the morning as he feels he's being lazy and its throwing off his energy across the board so he's joining me now in my morning workout :)

  • I wish I had that girl's butt. After not being able to really do personal training for 2 wks I am glad to be back on my normal schedule. Today I am with the trainer for an hour. I hope the hour goes by fast....

  • I haven't been around lately cause FI and I just got back from vacation and I'm dealing with a lot right now.  I have really really bad skin.  The only things that's helped my skin is estrogen bc.  In November I was taken off estrogen, and my skin has gone completely insane.  In effort to help prevent my constant break outs (I swear, it was better when I was in jr. high), I've decided to attempt to cut sugar out of my diet.  It's been 4 days so far.  A little too soon to tell if it'll help my skin, but it's helping with the weight loss.

    I've been stagnant for weeks, and this week I've finally dropped another lb.  I've decided that even if it doesn't help my skin, I'm going to continue the no sugar thing until I get back down to my goal weight.  I also hit the gym last night which I hadn't done since vacation.  So I'm feeling pretty great right now.

  • Doing much better dieting wise. Just need to exercise a bit more. I want to start  getting up about 20 minutes earlier in the morning & do a 15 minute mini work out before work. 

    3 pounds to go until I reach my goal weight!!

    Last night FI had I had Mexican food and ice cream----not really in the diet, but I got on the scale this morning and I was down, so I'm pretty happy.

    Today I'm doing well so far.  No snacking, just a good and filling lunch (I over slept and missed breakfast).  I'm planning on hitting the gym in a bit and maybe even a second time with FI tonight (he needs a work out buddy or he won't go at all).

    I feel your pain! I'm the same way, only mine is concentrated to my chin area but it is always huge, painful and constant. i finally went to the doctor about it. She claims sugar has nothing to do with it, it's really just based on our genetic makeup unfortunately. She put me on tetracycline 2x daily and already after only 2-3 weeks I'm noticing a difference. The crappy part is that it is something that I will probably have to stay on for the rest of my life because if you stop it will flare up again. What I was told anyways.

    I have still been doing good eating wise but I did have a bad workout week last week. Back in the swing of things this week though. I wish I could get up early like you ladies to do workouts :( I have really bad sleeping problems, like I barely sleep ever! It sucks, so in the mornings I always feel so tired that I never have the energy.
