RSVP Wording

So we're working on rsvps now and I'm stuck on wording. First off, we can't afford to print different versions, but I need to know the name of who I sent it to (to know who is coming) and how many people are coming because some will have the option of a plus one but might not use it.

Also... it's fairly casual and FI and I wanted to show our quirky side. Which of these do you guys like better?

_will be there with bells on
_ will be there, but no bells
_will not be there, bell-phobia

OR

__ will attend
__ regretfully decline
At your wedding, I/we plan to:
__eat a lot of cake
__dance my feet off
__smile endlessly
__all of the above
The happy couple's best qualities include:
__good looks
__stunning intelligence
__witty sense of humor
__excellent taste in friends

Re: RSVP Wording

  • I like option #2. To know who's coming, include a M_______________________ line at the top of the RSVP and write in the Mr./Mrs. of each person invited. You could also word your "yes" option to read "______ Number of guests attending".  Hope that helps!

FYI: FI and I are including "What song would you like the DJ to play at the reception?" on our RSVP.
