Accountability - Thursday

Sorry I'm late getting to this today ladies, we had a computer error at work so this is my first chance to get on here :)

Last night I didn' t do a 'workout' per say.... but we're in the middle of spring cleaning and I think carrying everything around the house should TOTALLY count! We know that in a couple weeks or so we'll have a homestudy, so now we gotta get the house clean and ready :)

The new eating is going well, I'm NEVER hungry anymore! Ever! Its kinda crazy... I don't crave at all because I'm always full... hmmm... maybe there's some logic to this ;)

  • I had a great workout this morning and a couple people at work actually commented on my arms - love that!

  • I need to renew my motivation.  We had some tornado warnings and I was stuck at work until that was over.  No excuse, but I didn't exercise.  So today is a must!  I did have a dream that my dress fit perfectly, so that was nice!

  • I'm actually a bit bummed that my life got easier recently! They just moved a ton of stuff around at my work so now rather than walking an average of 4 miles a day just at work, I'm probably down to 2. It's nice that everything is more conveniently located but I really enjoyed getting my steps in every day. 

    I'm off to the gym today after work and I'm probably riding my bike in tomorrow. There's a festival near us so traffic is going to be a mess.

  • Before I moved out to the county I used to bike to work everyday. It was 1 hr each way and it was great to get that extra workout in... now it would take HOURS so its not really an option lol
  • I was bad last night.  Usually around this time working out and everything helps and will improve my mood but I could barely walk yesterday late afternoon/evening because I was in pain!  Go figure... as soon as I get back in the swing of things a minor setback.  FI and I ended up bringing the dog for a nice walk/run instead.  It was much easier than trying to muster up the energy to go on the treadmill and stay on it for more than 5 minutes yesterday.  I'm reallllly hoping tonight I can get on the treadmill and do a few miles.  We will see how that goes!
  • I have to say I actually have something to post on this today.  Went to the gym monday, hit the gym for a run wednesday.  Today FI and went for a two mile run this morning!  I am planning to go the gym after work tomorrow.
