  • I have a pretty long list of stuff.  For me, I just tackle things when I can.  In the near future I might have some extra time to get things done so I need to start buying some stuff for when I'm stuck in recovery mode.

The way I've seen the shoe game (OP you can correct me if your way is totally different) is the bride and groom sit in chairs with their backs to each other.  They each hold one of the grooms shoes and one of the brides.  Then the DJ asks questions about "who is more likely to..." and the bride and groom hold up the shoe of themselves or the other of who they feel fits what the DJ says.  So if the DJ said "who is more likely to sleep in on a Saturday?"  I would hold up my own shoe and FI would probably hold up my shoe because I need more sleep than him!  It is just a cute way to see what the bride and groom agree/disagree on and for the guests to get to know them better.  Just have to keep it to a reasonable amount of questions to keep guests interested.
