Accountability - Friday

Yay its Friday, we made it to the end of the week ladies! I am feeling much better today than I have much of the week so this evening I'm going to start up my home workout again and starting tomorrow I want to start back into my normal morning workouts! Yay for getting back to what I enjoy!

How is everyone doing on the weight loss front? We haven't heard much as far as people hitting goals lately.... anyone close to a goal?

  • I ahven't being doing accountability via Sept2012 board. But I lost 17lbs so far and have only 10 more to go :D

    I thought I was doing poorly with eating etc (working 12 hr days, excuses, excuses) but I lost 3 more lbs this week, and I have my first fitting tomorrow. So I am sure I will post some pictures.

    I also can fit in my size 4 jeans. I am so excited!!!

    That's awesome!

    I wish I could save I've been doing that well. But I promised myself starting Monday I WILL get back to my diet and start exercising again. There is no room for error with me. My dress was a sample dress so no letting out. I've got to get it together.

  • Don't worry Johnson you can do it. What really helped me was using a food journal, and once a week I have 1 meal that I just enjoy. It can be whatever I feel like.

    I don't go overboard, but I do enjoy something fried or something sweet like fro yo.

    It makes it seem less like dieting.

    Thanks! I never thought about writing it down, but that really might help me. I going to try it!

  • Dont post much on here but my goal was to lose 40lbs by the big day. Since the new year... I am down 28lbs! :)
