When should we register for Sept wedding?  Is it tacky to register to early?  Bridal shower will prob be end of June or July.

It's on my list of things to do in February.  My wedding isn't until Sept. 15 but, since I'm sending out save the dates with our wedding website info on them I think it will be a good idea to go ahead and register at least for the staples.  A registry can always be changed.

We just sent our STD's this week and registered right before that. Like abcollins08 said, our website info is on it and people who may not be able to attend may like to send a gift now.

We registered a few weeks ago, then finished up last weekend.  I don't think it's too early.  We have so much coming up in the next few months, that we wanted to have this done already.

We just finished up registering the other day.  It's definitely not too early and you should be registered by the time your STD's go out.

It's not too early. Some Sept brides have had it done for a few months (for Christmas and e-parties). Just keep track of things for anything discontinued etc. FI and I will be registering next month (eekkk!!!)

We registered before Christmas. It's actually a lot of work and we're not done yet so I would recommend starting sooner rather than later.

I have my 2 started, like the PP said, STDs went out and its a good idea in case some people want to send a gift b/c they can't attend.
We still have to actually go to one of the stores though, there are a few items I want to see in person before I add it (like the actual color of the duvets- I can't trust my computer)

I probably won't do mine until April but we're not doing Save the Dates. If people start asking me about it earlier than I will start earlier.

We did our January 1st. I will keep an eye on it to make sure I replace anything that goes discontinued.

We registered in September, my family wanted Christmas/Birthday gift ideas so I figured why not.  I have had to keep on top of it--I've had a couple things get discontinued, but it really isn't a big deal to pick something similar once you know what you want.  We went our STDs out this week so I wanted to make sure the registry was in good form when out guests go our STDs with our wedding website on them.  Someone just bought our first gift, so I'd say now is the time!

Meh, I sent my STDs out on Tuesday and haven't registered yet. I'm not too worried about it. I plan to do it in the next month or so anyway.
