Well, apparently TK in all its glory erased my Accountability- Thursday post, so I guess this is Thursday and Friday now hahaha
Wed night we took the night off, yesterday we hit the gym and I got a great run in. I have been experimenting to find out what I find easier, running to the TV or running to music, and decided I like the music much better! Good to know

Tonight I am hitting the strength training, and back to the treadmill tomorrow!
