Accountability - Tuesday

Well I didn't end up working out yesterday, I  know I'm getting bad lately lol! I wasn't feeling well still though so I didn't want to push it (afterall I DID pass out on Friday because I tried to ignore feeling this way) so instead FI and I went for a walk, ended up walking for 2 hours :)

How was your Monday? Any plans for tonight?

  • I've been keeping up with my Jillian Michaels dvd (30 day shred) so far.  I'm now on level 3 and it is killer!!  But it feels good to be sore, and I feel l like I'm getting in better shape.  My  foot is injured, though, so that's kind of annoying.  I'm going to the beach for a week so I hope I don't come back fat and lazy!  haha

  • I stopped posting in these threads because I was doing *really* bad with the dieting, but I'm back in the game! I think with bathing suit season + alterations coming up, it's renewed my interest :)  Stepped on the scale for the first time in WEEKS. It wasn't pretty. I've already lost about 4 pounds in the last week or two with healthier eating, but it's obviously going to slow down. 8 pounds to go to my goal! That's a pound a week? Eh, I can try.

  • This is my first post in these threads... but with two months to go I better step it up.  No really hoping to lose weight so much as I'd like to tone the arms, upper back.  I'm worried about spillage in my strapless gown.

    My favorite workout (which isn't great for cardio) is Pilates Reformer class. I went yesterday. I'll try to hit the gym this evening, or at least do some pushups and planks at home.
