Accountability - Wednesday

Didn't do anything work out wise yesterday, I worked, visited a friend who had emergency surgery the night before and then went to a business meeting... meant I was gone from the house from 6am until 11pm...

  • I'm down 6 pounds, thanks to the stomach flu and dehydration.

  • I worked out yesterday but took it easy because I had cramps. I ate fine.

    I think next week (already have my lunches prepared for this week), i'm going to try to pack more raw vegetables for lunch, and maybe snack on them throughout the day, to keep my metabolism going.
    Happily married since 9/1/2012!

  • I got another mini workout in last night and boy am I feeling it today.  My abs are beating me up pretty bad.  I love that feeling though because it means I actually did something.  Ate pretty well yesterday, with the exception of my cheeseburger for lunch.  Today should be another good day.  FI is making baked salmon for dinner, yum!

  • I ate better yesterday than over the weekend.  We made our own Chef Salads for dinner last night with a homemade vinegarette.  It was delicious!  I was able to go to the gym for a bit last night and got in a good lifting routine and ab workout.  Keep up the good work everyone :)
