Bouquet ribbons

My mom is making all the flower arrangements and she asked me what color ribbon I want for bridesmaids and mine. I would assume to match the dresses? But I am not sure any ideas?

I'm actually asking my BM's to save any left over fabric after alterations of their dresses to use to wrap the bouquets.  Most people match the dresses but you could also use an accent color that goes with the flowers.

Do yours white or cream (depending on your blush color).  Anything else would be distracting against a white or cream dress and we want people looking at your pretty face not your bouquet ribbons.  The girls you can do in their dress color or if you have an accent color.  For example, my girls are wearing black and our colors are black and royal blue so the ribbon will be either black or royal blue.  I think (haven't decided) I'm going to do everyone in black but my MOH who will get royal blue.

My florist and I went over this last weekend. We're doing ivory for me. She wanted to match my wine colored BM dresses but couldn't, so we're doing a blush pink (which is one color of what they'll be carrying).

We are doing ivory for my dress, and some of the leftover lace from alterations will be incorporated, and my girls have an iridescent taffeta color that is difficult to match, so my florist asked for 12 inch lengths from their alterations, both dresses need a little shortening, and she is using that for their bouquets.

I am doing Ivory for mine since my dress is Ivory and Chocolate Brown for my girls, there dresses are Burnt Orange and Chocolate Brown is my secondary color.

still trying to choose a color...here is what i got...my dress is ivory and has a red train....the BMs are burgundy and gold and MOH is gold and Burgundy but i am not going to be able to get more of the fabic ...i can get close to their color but not exact...they guys will be black and gold...what do ya think i should do?
