Accountability - Tuesday

Sorry ladies, home sick today and haven't gotten on here yet. As you can imagine, I'm not exactly working out... anyone have any good news to report? Any weight lost? New workout plans?

  • FI and I set an early alarm to get up before work and work out this morning.  It went off, we looked at each other and went "Nope" and went back to sleep.  Traveling this weekend really wiped us out.  And, as FI's oral boards get even closer (Thursday morning) I have a feeling he's not going to sleep...so I'm not going to sleep.  So goal for the week is to just eat well so I don't see the effect of not working out.  Had a healthy breakfast and lunch today so off to a good start!

  • Not much to report here - I have been slacking on the accountability board Embarassed

    Food wise we are still eating pretty healthy I would say, just finishing up the last little bit of my Visalus shakes, then want to start to incorporate the Body Confidence eating routine. How is that working out for you Britt? I think it might be a bit hard to get used to , I always find trying to grocery shop for new things is a pain in the butt hahaha.

    Still working out almost daily, I was doing really good for about a month, slowly slacking off but trying to keep myself in check before I get to far behind. We have been trying to focus on getting us ready for the police tests, obviously me more than him hahaha!
  • I need to start holding myself accountable.  I'm a bridesmaid in a few weeks and I'm not totally comfortable in the dress.

    I brought cereal in to have for lunch everyday as I was going out to eat and being very unhealthy.  Instead I'm going to go on a walk at my lunch hour to get out of the office since the only reason I was eating out so much was to get away anyways.

    Yoga class tonight.  Haven't been for a long time so I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow.
  • well i worked out this morning but i am not feeling that great...last week was better!....22 lbs to got till sept!
