Accountability - Wednesday & Thursday

I am SO sorry ladies, I totally forgot to post Accountability yesterday! I tell ya, if you ever notice PLEASE feel free to tell me to get my butt in gear! Lol

I have spent the week in BIG pain. Since my surgeries, I have about a week curled up in a ball when Aunt Flo comes to visit, so no gym time for me BUT kept the eating up with the healthy goodness, and trying to get myself to drink even more water because I know that helps!

How has everyone been doing? I still haven't figured out where my measuring tape went... hmmmm... I will have to try searching for it tonight. I want to know if I hit that 1" lost mark yet! Lol

I am going to do 2 Inspiration pictures to make up for skipping yesterday ;)

    Still no running for me and it's absolutely gorgeous here today (stupid foot!).  I ate pretty well yesterday and will again today.  My foot is feeling better so I hope with new shoes and slowly easing into my HM training I will be back at it for the 10K on April Fool's Day and the HM at the end of May.  ::fingers crossed::
  • I have been eating well the last few days and getting a fair amount of exercise both in and out of the gym. The scale was back to where it was two weeks ago this morning after a weird 2 pound jump last week. I think it was just lovely time of month bloat. I am curious to see where it goes next Thursday. 

    The weather is gorgeous today so I am going to try and get outside after work rather than going to the gym.

    Congrats on being made mod! I hope you didn't take my post yesterday the wrong way. I was just worried if everyone asked them to make you mod they wouldn't do it, and I really did think you were perfect for the job.

  • I've sucked this week.  FI has gotten me sick and I'm having a hard time breathing.  So I've just focused on abs and pilates until I can move around without hacking again.
  • I am debating redoing C25K week 4 next week because at this rate I'm not going to get all 3 days in this week.... need to make this cramping go away and fast lol
