Labor Day wedding?

If no guests are from OOT, and only very close family and friends will be invited, how awful would a Monday, Labor Day, wedding be?

    Just a couple of thoughts on that. 1) Watch that if vendors will be taking that day off. 2) we thought about the Sat of labor day weekend and didn't want to do it because we know a lot of people have plans over that weekend. 3) I work part time at my church and a few weeks ago we had a Thursday wedding...it just thought that a wedding on a week day-other then a Friday- is somewhat weird. But if it works for you guys then you need to do what is best for you. Maybe like an early afternoon wedding? Something more casual?

    Yeah, it definitely would be casual and in the afternoon, it won't be anything too wild, but still would be giving people enough time to recoup so they won't have to take the next day of.
