Just before heading to bed last night, I received an "out of office" email from the choreographer stating that she was out of the office for an indefinitely and listed some names to contact. Ya, uhm PANIC set in. We were planning on starting our sessions on Monday and had set up a tentative schedule for April/May and suddenly she's vanished - uhm what?!?? Don't do that to a bride!!! Let's just say I had my first major Bridezilla moment.It turns out that she was hacked and all of her current and past clients received this email; poor girl!! She assured me that she's still working with me and we are officially having our first practice on Monday - I can't wait!!!
An update on the ring situation... (semi Bridezilla moment)
FI went into the jeweller today seeing as it was another week after the time they said they'd be ready. The rings were there, but no one called. Then FI realized why... his ring looked AWFUL. Even the jeweller said he was embarrassed to show FI the ring. Awesome eh? We placed the order January 15th and now that the ring is finally ready, it's not even what we ordered or even presentable. So, FI said he was going elsewhere. He did buy my ring because it was such a gorgeous ring, perfect fit with my e-ring (looks like a set!) and a super good price; it only needed to be resized which was done. The jeweller gave FI a pair of pearl earrings (worth $150) as an "I'm sorry" gift but FI said he would get the ring made elsewhere. I really didn't want to give them ANY business but my ring was ready and perfect; at least FI will be going elsewhere and I will definitely be letting other brides in this area know about our experience.
