Accountability - Tuesday

So, I meant to workout last night, but what happened instead was probably equally good for my health all things considered. Remember the nightmares I keep referencing, and how I haven't been getting hardly any sleep all last week... I guess the exhaustion caught up with me and I passed out on the couch last night, slept for a solid 3 hours before waking up!

Tonight is Tuesday - which for us always means no time for working out (we're going solid all day until like midnight, its seriously crazy but I love it). FI and I are getting up early tomorrow morning to hit the gym before work though :)

I STILL haven't found my measuring tape or bought a new one hahaha, I need to get on that one way or the other, I'm really getting curious where I'm at and if I hit my first goal :)

  • Last night I just had time for my 100 pushup challenge.  I did A LOT of spray painting on Sunday and last night working on my chair back signs (had to redo them but finally how I want them to be...hope to finish tomorrow and have pictures!) but holding the spray button down apparently messed up my forearm/wrist so I kinda babied it yesterday.  Hope to get in a JM workout tonight though!
  • I had a great workout this morning; I love how much stronger I've become doing JM workouts. I used to suck at pushups but I can really see the improvements.
    I had a BIG banana afterwards too to make sure I got my potassium :P

  • I didn't workout last night, but I did an awesomely healthy dinner. Made tilapia fillets and served it with a simple salad. I'm super proud of myself for improving my eating habits. I'm about to go workout here at work :)

  • Well, yesterday I signed up for Weight Watchers, I'm not one to overeat (there is always something left on my plate), I'm just not eating enough of the good things and too much of the bad stuff. So, I think WW will help me track w/ the points and healthy checks.
    I also gave up soda for lent and have stuck to it, I am so proud of myself b/c I am addicted to Pepsi- my only form of caffeine.
    And, for the last 10 weeks I have gone to Zumba, started with once a week but I'm up to 3x week as my instructor has started adding classes. We also went hiking on Sunday, I made it 2 miles, uphill & over rocks, so happy :)
    OK, sorry for going on so long, yesterday I did go to Zumba for an hour and I plan on going tonight- hopefully I can add in some toning exercises for my arms when I get home.
  • I did two workouts yesterday, one at 5:30am and then after work went and ran 3 miles for my half Marathon training. Got up this morning for my 5:30 workout with half marathon training partner. I set a big goal of 4 and a half pounds lost for this week so I'm hoping for the best. You can do it ladies, stay focused. Have a happy Tuesday :)
  • I have been doing good... I lost 2lbs in a week and an inch off my hips. I cut out pepsi out of my diet. I haven't had a soda in 4 days yeah me! I like jow everyone is doing good with their exercising and eating. I have been doing Zumba exhilbrate and its hard as anything.

    Lifted weights yesterday, ran 2 miles today.

    Tomorrow will be my day off since I work both jobs.
