Accountability - Tuesday

So FI took me out for dinner yesterday (we have a business meeting so we can't go today), which because of that we ended up not going to the gym lol but that's ok, first day off this week and we can afford a couple :)

Even eating out, ate well. I was careful to choose healthy food, no grease, I did get some cheese on it (I did a cheese pasta, they do whole wheat pasta, with grilled chicken on top). All in all though, not bad for eating out :)

Going to the gym tonight right after work, and then off to our business meeting. FI is actually starting to enjoy the gym... I think... lol

  • went to the gym as normal yesterday. did 35 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of abs, and stretched.

    brought my lunch to work, had a normal dinner, but i had oreos at night. we finished them though so no more for me!
    Happily married since 9/1/2012!

  • Yesterday was stability ball day for me. 40 minutes of cardio and core with the ball was a nice workout. Yesterday marked the 6th straight day of workout so today is rest day but I may take a easy walk with the dog. Food yesterday was alright. Cinnamon bun in the morning so that's not good, a nice grilled chicken salad for lunch was good and high fiber pasta in a low fat lasagna with meatballs for dinner. So not awful. For dessert just one scoop of Maple Walnut ice cream. I have been tracking on Myfitnesspal.com and I was over on protein and a little over on fat because of butter on bread but under on calories so I guess not awful. I am a work in progress lol.

  • Yesterday I had to go down to DC for the biannual meeting of one of the national studies I work on. A 4 hour commute round trip meant no exercise for me and I didn't eat as well as I could of but honestly an off day once in a  while doesn't worry me.

    One of the ladies at the meeting was going on about how I had definitely lost weight and how noticeable it was. She is my new best friend! 

    We aren't celebrating V'Day since our anniversary is Friday so I am going to the gym tonight.

  • I had a horrid stomach ache yesterday afternoon that lasted well into the evening so no gym last night.  I was pretty disappointed but what could I do, I mean, I could barely walk.  Today my belly feels a bit better so we will see how it goes.  FI and I are hoping to hit the gym before our reservation tonight.  
  • i had such a bad bad weekend that i ran twice yesterday... so was too tired to face the treadmill this morning. will attempt a run tonight
  • Ate ok, eggs benny late in the am, no lunch and a small serving of pasta with a HUGE salad, went to dance aerobics for an hour then 45 mins cardio and 15 mins abs. So good exercise day but mediocore eating. Today we paint the kitchen (how romantic) and then I'll hit the gym.

  • Tried a new class last night called Mini-Ball/Extreme Abs.  It was good but a little lower in intensity than I typically care for.  But we did stretch a lot which is super important.  Ate ok but not great yesterday.  Have ate really well so far today and have my Ultimate Ballet Barre class tonight!  Goal is to get up at 6:15 tom morning to run.  This is my first attempt so we'll see how successful I am.  FI moved 4 hours away on Sunday so I'm going to try to convince him tonight to get up and run too!  Hearing his voice first thing in the morning for my wake up call will put some pep in my step.
