I'm moving here from the July board --- I was previously a July 14 bride, and then yesterday we got the devastating news that my FI needs surgery immediately and needs 8 weeks to recover which overlaps with our wedding We had no choice but to push our wedding back by 6 weeks and we were SO fortunate to get most of our same vendors. So here I am!

I have to get everything reprinted as it all says 7/14/12 and send out some sort of change the date annoucement or something but have NO CLUE how to word it! Do you ladies have any suggestions???

It's really cute but you're moving it to September and it doesn't sound as catchy :P

Already said Hi on the FB group but figured I'd say Hi here too
Welcome to our board. You'll find there are quite a large group of ladies here. Some frequent the board, some frequent the FB group and others (like myself) tend to jump between the two (for example on the board during the day as FB is not work friendly lol).

I like the simple wording you had on FB. I don't think you need to get into too much detail on the change of date cards, because honestly if they are close to you they'll either know what's going on, or ask if they feel the need to know.
