180-360+ Challenge (Workout Challenge)

Ok, so I was lurking on the boards on MFP and found this... and so I am challenging you ladies to do it on here! We can post it as part of our accountability thread.

Here's what they wrote:

"We are a group who are committed to doing 180 to 360+ minutes of exercise each week (minimum 180). We count minutes for all types of intentional exercise: aerobics, walking, weight training, strength work, stretching or heavy gardening. You be the judge of whether it's exercise. Shake and Jiggle it! Wiggle or Bump it! Thump and Stomp it! Womp it!! Kick it!! Flick it!!! bigsmile

We're here to support, encourage, and set challenges for ourselves. It's all about intention. If we don't make the 180 to 360+ minutes one week, there's next week to go for it.

The weeks starts every Monday in the month and ends the following Sunday at midnight. Then we start all over again the following Monday for week 2, 3, and 4.
You can use below form OR make up your own. "

    Mon: 30 min
    Tue: 0 mins
    Wed: 60 mins
    Thur:
    Fri:
    Sat:
    Sun:

    Total Min Left: 270 / 360

    Update these as often as you like - also if there's the interest I can make this a sticky :)

    Mon: 45 Minutes - Cardio
    Tue: 40 Minutes - Cardio 
    Wed: 60 Minutes - Cardio/Strengthening
    Thur: 50 Minutes - Cardio/Strengthening
    Fri: 40 Minutes - Cardio
    Sat:
    Sun: 30 Minutes - Cardio

    Total / min left: 265 / 300

    I'm in, I like the idea of a challenge!

    Week 1 - April 16th - Goal 200 minutes minimum: 

    Mon: 40 minutes (weight lifting)
    Tue: 40 minutes (weight lifting)
    Wed: 60 minutes (quick walking)
    Thu: 0 minutes (unless you include the 15 minute very quick walk through the stupid airport to catch a connecting flight)
    Fri: 60 minutes (35 minutes weight lifting and 25 minutes yoga)
    Sat: 30 minutes (yoga)
    Sun: rest day!

    Total min: 220 -- Min left: 0/200

  • I'm in...I just need to figure out how to copy and paste on my iPad...lol I'll go for 315. 45 each day. Monday - 45 mins walk.
