Had a great evening at the gym with FI yesterday, got a really nice run in on the treadmill. Heading back again today after work!

  • last night i did another 35 mins of cardio, 15 mins of abs, and shoulders exercises.

    for the goals i made:
    35 mins cardio: 2/4
    15 mins abs: 2/5
    stretching: 1/3
    shoulders: 1/2
    back: 0/2

    eating wise, i've been doing not so great. yesterday i ate a bunch of candy at work, and i had bought cookies for dan so i ate some of those, too. i have brought my lunch all this week so that's good atleast.
    Happily married since 9/1/2012!
