Well that sucks... I was on a roll with my morning workouts, but this morning I needed to set my alarm because our power had flickered. Well, of course, I set it for 6pm instead of 6am. I got up with enough time to get to work, but not to work out first... Grrr!
I have a pretty busy evening of running around but hoping to get in a small workout somewhere along the way, and also resetting the alarm for tomorrow!
