So I had a LONG talk with FI last night about my fitness goals. I know he's still 'working into it' (he's never been much of a gym person) but he knows I have big goals on getting back to the shape I used to be in.
Starting next week (we have baby birds that came in yesterday, so up during the night checking on them, didn't want to take away from sleep too much for the first few days until they can be left for the night) we are going to be getting up for a gym work out in the morning, and then a home workout out in the evening each day. We are going to plan them based on what we know we can stick to, so mine can be a lot more intensive than his in the beginning if that means he'll stick to it and work up from there
