Well this weekend I went camping, so I spent a lot of time out swimming, and actually didn't eat too bad, so I would say an overall good weekend! How was your weekend?

    I ate mediocre all weekend, and didn't go to the gym.  I was going to go tonight, and then forgot my sneakers.  Oh well... I'm going to make myself take the dog for a jog when I get home, at least a mile or so, and then do some weights with FI's weight lifting equipment.

    I had a pretty good weekend.  I took the dog for a run when it's wasn't scorching hot out, and I've been back on track with my diet.  I'm ready to lose these pesky 10 lbs and look good on my honeymoon!
