Hi Ladies,

We are having our engagement pictures taken in early May at a local park:

I need your help figuring out what to wear. How many outfits did you have? Did you have one that was more casual and one more formal? Feel free to post pics!

We are doing ours in May too which is great because it's a beautiful time of year here with all the tulips in bloom, but it can also still be chilly.

We just wore something casual.  I wanted to be comfortable when walking around the city for pics.  It could really go either way.  If you both love dressing up and don't have to walk around a lot why not dress up?  If you guys would rather go for more casual, do that.  I didn't find outfit changes to be really necessary for our pics.  Go with your gut and do that.

We did ours in October, it was a little chilly. FI wore just one outfit the whole time... jeans and a brown sweater.
I also had jeans and a brown sweater (but different browns so it doesn't look too matchy matchy) and then I also did some in a coat and scarf because I knew I'd get cold lol shot the coat second so I could warm up

We took ours at a national park back in October. I wore a dark grey sweater dress with black leggings and grey flats.

We took ours in September at the Berlin State Fair, so there wasn't really any place to change. We both wore jeans and sweaters, mine was a teal color and FI's was a dark color, almost purplish, they looked nice together.

I just did my e-pics 2 weeks ago and I am supposed to go back tomorrow to pick out any prints and get the disc. I was hoping to wear 2 diff outfits, but I waited til the last minute and couldn't seem to find a second one to match one of his.
I ended up wearing dark jeans with brown cowboy boots and a white lace-ish type shirt. Had the fiance wear a plaid flannel with jeans. His top matched my boots pretty well:) He felt awkward in normal shoes, so I told him to wear flip flops which he loves.

My outfit got changed last minute because it ended up being cold!  We live in FL where it is never cold so go figure!  I wore a red sweater though and jeans.  The pics with the hoodies were just thrown over our first outfit.  We wore our college hoodies because we went to rival schools.  We stay casual because I think formal beach pictures are a little out of place.  And, we are laid back people.  I felt, for us, the wedding pics will be enough for formal pictures.  Our pics are in the link below

We did ours last September since the weather was great and I wanted it down by the beach. I totally procrastinated on my outfits and then changed my mind the morning of. My Mom and FI told me I shouldn't wear black. So we both switched into colors.... funny it was about a week later we decided Purple would be our color... and Purple was in my dress. 

I brought a couple outfits with me but never got around to changing into them.

Here are some styles/colour combos I'm considering. It will depend on how warm or cold our May is this year. We are doing pics downtown, so something trendy and casual would be good. I also want to wear something to compliment FI.

If it's warm, I love this outfit!! (and FI's eyes would pop!)

I haven't taken mine yet and haven't even thought of outfits.  I'm too busy trying to fit in to outfits. 

All I can say, is Please, please, Please, take pictures walking the RR tracks......
