My MOH and another BM are coming over tomorrow to start planning the bachelorette party! I'm super excited. We've already picked the location and lightly discussed what we want to do, but we are going to go into more detail. We're also going to be discussing guest list!

How many people are you guys inviting to yours? Are you involved in the planning at all?

I just don't want to go overboard!

I am kind of planning mine...I just put a downpayment on a limobus for us!  It holds 20 and I am inviting 16  We are just going to go to different bars around the area and maybe out to eat dinner before hand!

I'm not involved in the planning of mine, its been thrown for me by my MOH. He has been talking with the bridesmaids. The only thing I know is that its a full weekend in TO and he described it as starting family friendly and turning into a full blown bachlorette by the end of the weekend... I'm guessing there's a trip to a strip joint in there somewhere lol but FI and I already talked about that and we're both comfortable with the other going as long as there are no VIP rooms and lap dances. Both the BM and MOH know that and are ok with those rules

If I do have a bachelorette it's just going to be a shopping trip to Montreal with my sister and possibly a couple friends. I haven't 100% decided if I'm doing an official one.

I definitely haven't really talked about this at all with my MOH she mentioned some ideas that she'd like to do.  I'm in the boat where I don't find it appropriate to plan my own pre-wedding parties.  So, if I get one... cool, but if not, I wont be upset by it.  I'm sure if MOH does plan she will ask me for a little input but that's about it

I am going to be a little involved in the planning but my MOH and one bridesmaid are getting together next week to dicuss a shower and bach party.  We want to rent a party bus and do dinner before going out.  I don't konw how many people will be going, some may just go dinner and/or the bus.  Hopefully we'll know more next week.

my MOHs are planning mine. I'm not sure what they're doing, other than it's going to be the same night as FI's bachelor party and will probably involve copious amounts of alcohol.

they asked me for a guest list, it's like 6 people.

So exciting! I know my BMs are planning one for me on August 18th. I'm not really involved in the planning, but I know that we are going down to Atlantic City and I would assume staying at my family's shore house. I'm so excited to party at the casinos! My sister mentioned a few things like going to a beach bar, dinner, and a night club. WOot! Better find a party dress. It's also on the same night as FI's.

Edit: Guest list is around 10 girls.

I know that my MOH is planning one for August 11th and that they have coordinated with the BM so FIs is the same weekend, but thats it.  I thought there was a chance that we were doing Atlantic City, but now FI thinks the guys are doing Atlantic City, and I don't think they would have picked the same place.  I'm totally in the dark but thats exactly how I want it to be, I don't need any other plans to stress about.

My BMs are planning mine so I'm not involved at in except for helping to choose the date.  It's already scheduled for a weekend in August.  We're going to the beach!  The only people coming are BMs, my MOH asked if there was anyone else I wanted to include but I couldn't think of anyone else.  And honestly I just want it to me a fun weekend with me and my BMs.  They don't all know each other very well so it will give them a chance to get to know each other more.

My MOH is planning mine for June 29-30 (only time of the year all my BM are free of huge obligations).  My MOH called me to ask me about where on the spectrum my expectations were if going to a spa was the most innocent and a stripper being the least.  I told her I wanted to live it up because I find it more acceptable for spa day post wedding than strip clubs.  Like Britt, FI and I had already discussed that this was okay and the limits of it.  I know Saturday night we will be in Miami but Friday night I think we'll be in Fort Lauderdale since that where I live and my mom and her neighbor are throwing me a bridal shower on Saturday before the festivities near Ft. Lauderdale.  I invited 17 girls but half are from out of town so I expect it will only be 10-14 of us.  Because so many people are flying in and we are trying to make plans around that, I will be involved in some of the logistics (what city we need to be in at what time) because my MOH doesn't know several of the girls.  But where we are actually going I have no clue about.

Mine will be in Las Vegas in mid August. I plan on 8 girls attending, plus my Mom, FMIL, and FI's lil sis attending but staying separately. The guys will also be in Vegas that same weekend. We both will be staying in separate hotels (near each other) so the parents can be close for the day time activities, but not around for the clubbing or whatever in the evenings.

Other than the location, date and who is attending I'm leaving all the activities up to the girls to decide. I told them I'm not keen on clubbing but I could handle one night of it. Especially if its more lounge like not clubby. I told them I'd prefer no strippers, especially in the hotel room, but if we went to Thunder Down Under, than that is totally fine. I figure we will spend the day at the pool since I think they are leaning towards a hotel with a lazy river and a wave pool. Yay!

I helped pick the weekend and said I would prefer bar hopping with the girls and going to dinner/paint your own pottery vs. a beach weekend.  I also gave a guest list to my MOH.  Aside from that, I'm staying out of it.

I'm kind of involved. We are going to Vegas... So I helped set the dates and I am very picky about hotels. So I chose the hotel. But as far as "what" we are doing there... That's up to the girls! My sister (MOH) has asked me what I would like to do so I have given my input... but really they are planning it all! Oh and there are like 10ish of us going or so!
