Hey girls, start of a new week! I figure we'll start Mondays off with a chance for you to list any goals for the week, and then come the end of the week we can reflect on whether people reached them...
My goals this week: 3 days of cardio, 2 days of strength, 2 days off (one of those will be Tues likely because we're going to be busy with visiting our friends and their new baby, and then heading to a business meeting). I am heading to my Mom's up north on Fri night, so this will be a good chance for us to try to keep on schedule up there too.... even if its just going for a run, they are extremely middle of nowhere so a run down the street would be nice and peaceful
