Garter vendors on Etsy?

I've started looking for a garter and I figured etsy would be a good place to look.  Have any of you worked with a specific etsy vendor for yours?  I need a regular one and a tossing garter (I'd like them to match), and I don't want to spend a ton of money on something so small.

Any other places I should look?  My bridal salon doesn't carry them.

Check ebay too.  Or if you're a DIY girl I found some instructions online that make it seem easy enough.  I bought material of my and FI's colleges on ebay since we went to rival schools and I'll be making rival garters.  All in I will be able to make two garters for under $8 and still have material left over.  And, because I got branded material, I'm sure you can find material cheaper.

I'm going to attempt to make my own, because I have an idea in mind and I think it will be fairly easy

My something borrowed is going to be my garter. I know it sounds kinda weird, but I don't really think it is. My sister studied abroad in Italy in college and bought a white wedding garter in florence for her future wedding. She is going to let me "borrow" it. She isn't married yet (she is getting married in May 2013) - so she'll be the one wearing it second. Works for me!!

Anyway - so I needed to get a tossing garter. I found one on etsy from sugarplum garters:

If this is the kind of garter you want (I think they are more bright and decorative and stuff), then I would highly recommend this seller. They shipped super quickly and the garter was exactly as picture. Really good quality!

I'll second ebay, that's where I was able to find mine.  There were lots of pretty one's listed so you shouldn't have a problem depending on what you're looking for.
