Final meetings set up...check!
I will only be in VA for about 2 days between now and the wedding week (one of my BM is getting married in VA Labor Day weekend yay). So to my luck, my venue and coordinators (who I haven't yet met) are going to meet with me that weekend back to back for our final meeting. We are staying with FI's parents that weekend which is an hour from the venue and my friends wedding so it works perfectly that everyone can meet us the few hours before my friends wedding. It is also the same day our RSVPs are due. I doubt I'll have a final headcount but I think it'll put me so at ease to meet with the venue and the coordinators with an estimated headcount a few weeks before the wedding. It has been tough to plan from so far away!
