What is everyone doing (or has done already) for the holidays?

happy holidays to you as well. fiance and i just did a lot of running around yesterday. started at my grandmas w my mom then went to my aunts w my dad then to the in laws house.. was ready to crash by 8 but had a great day waking  up today was no fun though lol

We tend to stay at home for Christmas, since I have older kids and it's hard to do much else! We do board games Xmas eve day, with snacky supper and presents that night. Christmas day we do soup and bread for lunch. Then my son (20) goes to his girlfriend's parents house, and we go to the movies. This year fi had to work at 5pm, so me and my girls went to see Les Miz. Loved it!

We celebrate the holidays with my parents at New Year's Eve, and we're going to celebrate with fi's parents later in January. My parents live only 45 minutes away, but his are a 5 hour drive, so we'll go and spend a few days with them in Chicago.

Fi and I both have pretty screwed up work schedules, so we try to roll with tings as much as possible!

This year was more low key....I had study for a certification exam (which I passed today...yea!!!) all day on Christmas, and then met up with FI late dinner and a movie...I promised FI that he will have my whole attention for New Years Eve and New Years...lol
