Photobooth STD Magnet Questions

I'd love to connect with someone who has done specifically this type of STD before.  I have designed the photobooth STD's that I'd like to have printed on magnets.  I have checked out vistaprint, magnetstreet, and magnet.com website.  I'm trying to find the best deal.  Am I missing someone I could be checking out for pricing?  Also, can I just slap the magnet into an envelope do I need to adhere it to something?  And any recommendations on finding envelopes? Any advice is greatly appreciated :)

    Ours aren't styled like photobooth strips, but we did magets on custom postcards, sent in envelopes.  All of it was from Vistaprint & including postage, cost me $0.82 each.

    We did sort of a photobooth style STD. Pic in bio. I designed it and uploaded to vista print. I think for 100 with envelopes it was $50. But here is a pic of someone who did theirs that was my inspiration.
