How to Export Addresses
I tried to find help on how to export addresses, and didn't find much in the way of help but DID find a lot of people who had the same problem. Thought I would post this in hopes that it might help others looking for the same info!
1. Go to your guest list.
2. View "Responses".
3. Go to the very bottom of the list and you'll see an Export/Print button - click this.
4. At the very bottom of that page, you can export the list in different formats. The format for the Calligrapher includes addresses. The resulting .csv can be imported into Microsoft to print addresses (or, say, into Hallmark.com to send cards to).
When I sent my wedding invites last year and exported the list, I know it can't possibly have been so complicated, because I remember doing it in a flash. I just now went looking for it to export the same list for our baby announcements, and it was a major pain to find it. Very frustrating. Hope this helps.
