Including parent's names

This just came to me... do I have to include parent names on the invitations? I love them both but my Mom is single and my Dad has girlfriend who is like my stepmom but he will never get married again. I don't feel comfortable not including her on the invite but how would I even word that? Especially with my parents being divorced, seems like it would get cumbersome. Can I just leave their names off and put FI and my names on only? Haven't really thought about invites yet until today...

    Ok I had to do this.  If you want to follow the traditional rules you don't include the step-mom/girlfriend at all.  Instead, say....

    John Smith
    Jane Smith
    invite you to the wedding of their daughter....

    Note two things to signify divorce.
    1) each name is on a different line
    2) there is no "and" between the names.

    If you are really feeling weird about it say - "Together with their parents..."
