Okay ladies - someone explain this to me nice and slow

By the time I send wedding invitations I would have the hotels blocked, welcome party stuff, rehearsal dinner site, farewell breakfast information, etc.
So does this mean in a person's invitation I put all these additional pieces of paper with details about the welcome party, rehearsal dinner, etc.
I thought about putting some stuff online but for something like the rehearsal dinner it only applies to a few people.
I feel the same way about my bridesmaid luncheon and just overall itinerary for those in the wedding and those not in the wedding. How can I clarify this and make it easy on me and everyone else?
