Would it be weird to just print 1 or 2 menu cards and place them on mini easels in the center of the table? I think most people just look at the cards briefly then put them aside anyway...at least that's what I do.

That's what I'm doing. Just one (or two) per table so people can see what's up with the food but it doesn't seem nessescary for everyone to have their own.
