Wording: Make or Take vows?

Working on the wedding website, and comparing "Take our vows" vs "Make our vows" ? (that's the whole phrase)

Take seems appropriate, but it almost asks the question "Where are you taking them to?"  Suggestions?

I've never heard anyone say either. I would go with 'exchange vows'

Pretty sure only nuns "take vows."
