Anyone do (or is anyong doing) madlib style response cards?

I've seen a bunch of madlib type RSVP cards popping up on Pinterest and StyleMePretty lately and I'm kind of in love with the idea, but FI is worried that our guests will just be confused.

So did anyone else use them?  What kind of feedback did you get?

I am planning on doing this- so far everyone that I have run it by has loved it, but since we havent sent them yet I cant give you final results...
