hiphenated last names

When my aunt married my dad's brother, she chose to hiphenate her last name. How do I address it to them as a couple, plus their daughter underneath.  My thoughts were:

1. John and Jane Blankety-Blank
Sue Blankety-Blank (this is the daughter)

or

2. John Blank and Jane Blankety-Blank
Sue Blankety-Blank

any ideas?
