How to address to judge and his wife

I need to address an invite to the judge who is marrying us and his wife.  I am giving him an invite because I also worked with him for 5 years and want him and his wife to be guests.  How do I address it to him and his wife who has a different last name than he does?  Thanks for your help!

Does she go by Mrs. or Ms.? I'd just ask what she prefers, but if you don't want to ask Ms. would be your best bet. 

The Honorable John Smith and Ms. Jane Doe

or

The Honorable John Smith and Mrs. Jane Doe

Usually, the woman's name would be listed first, but from what I've looked up the title of Honorable trumps that. 

Just in case anyone has a similar question, if they go by the same last name, it would be "The Honorable and Mrs. John Smith".
