Wedding Invitations & Paper

Question for people that ordered from Cards and Pockets

I received the materials for my invitations yesterday, and I'm super excited. My question is where did yall have the invites and inserts printed at? At home or Staples or  Office Depot????

Re: Question for people that ordered from Cards and Pockets

  • I printed all my inserts at home.  I included 2-4 inserts per 8.5x11" page (depending on the size of the insert) and then cut them out using a paper cutter.  It was a time consuming process but it was worth it and they turned out great!

  • I had mine printed and cut by a commercial printer because they were engraved. You should be able to bring them w/your text or design files to any type of print shop or print them yourself like @LBV!
  • I'm going to be printing them myself, but I am fortunate enough to work in the advertising dept. of a company so I have access to great color printers and industrial paper cutters because I do this stuff for work every day...

We had Cards & Pockets print them. I highly recommend their print shop-fast, inexpensive, and the printing quality was very good.

  • I made my invitation printing at PrintPlace. They gave me a high-quality print results on my invites, and since then I always recommend them to my friends if needed. Goodluck to your choice:)

daria24: Was the cost to print them at cardsandpockets fairly reasonable?
I saw their quote form, but it's rather long so I figured I'd ask you first. I was quoted .50 per invite at my local kinkos, were their prices better at C&P?

    Thanks! :)
