Vistaprint disaster

I just received my invites, RSVPs, reception cards, and StDs from vistaprint and 90% of them had white or black streaks through the center of them. I called and they said they were going to send a full replacement for my order but now i'm concerned that this batch will have the same issue. Has anyone had this problem?

I used vista print and did not have that problem. Probably just a fluke!

They sound on top of it so I wouldn't worry. I'd be worried if they were telling you it must have been your fault, or that they needed to investigate it.

I have ordered a few times with no problem. However, 1 (out of 100) of my STD postcards was half blank. Not a big deal, I only needed ~75, so i had extra.

I've previously ordered baby shower invites, class reunion invites, magnets, business cards and now all of my wedding related stationary has come from there.  I've always been pleased with the quality and the customer service has been top notch.  They seem on top of it so you have nothing to worry about.

I just ordered my invitations from vistaprint.  Hope mine are fine!  I already am running late on sending them out.

We ordered our invites and enclosures from Vistaprint and they came out perfect. I'm sure it was just a fluke.

I had seen a thread a long time ago that a fellow bride had orderd from VP and some of her STD's had black streaks across the back. She contacted VP customer service and got a replacement immediately and it was fine. Good luck!

Just got my Vista Print invitations and they are great.  Only one has a streak which is no problem since I ordered more than I needed.  Thrilled!  Also super excited that I hit the order button late Sunday night and by noon on Wednesday they are at my door.  WOW considering that I choose normal shipping for free.
