I'm wondering when I should send out my invitations.  My wedding is April 10, 2010.  My first of 2 showers is Feb 20.  I think she said she's going ot send out those invites 2 weeks ahead of time.  So, should I send out my invites before that?  Or, doesn't that really matter?

Wedding invites go out 6-8 weeks in advance.  It doesn't matter if the shower happens before that.

Send out the invitations about two months in advance of the wedding.

I would send your invitations the middle of February.  It doesn't matter if they go out before the shower invitations.  Shoot, my shower itself was a good month before my invitations went out.
