So... in the first half of the show, Sabrina got kicked off for serving raw fish. Plus, she just kind of sucks. :P In the second hour of the show, Van got kicked off. He kept on serving raw fish also - time after time - until Gordon R. and Scott (the sous chef) walked out of the restaurant in disgust. Van was losing his shizz - screaming and breaking down. There is no way that he can run a restaurant like that. I am glad to see him and his goofy haircut go honestly. I'm liking Kevin to win still - even though his inflated ego is a bit annoying. If not him, I say Dave... if his hroken hand doesn't cause him to quit. He hurt it again in the 2nd hour of the show.
