Save the Dates: Champagne Split in a Wooden Box

For our save the dates, I am wanting to send out 187 ml champagne splits (1/4 bottles of champagne or "mini" champagne) inside laser inscribed wooden boxes.  I have not had much of a problem finding the champagne, its the boxes I am having difficulty with....or a place that does it all.   Anyone know of a place that does this in Dallas, TX or that will ship to Dallas?

    I found this website  http://www.lasercrafters.com/boxes.htm
It's based out of CO, but I'm sure they would ship to TX.  HTH!!

  • That is an adorable idea but be aware of USPS rules/regulations.  From their website:

"Don’t send alcohol. And, in most cases, don’t send prescription drugs, cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, or handguns.
Alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, or liquor) are not considered hazardous but can’t go in the mail. If you’re reusing a box displaying their alcohol brands, all logos and labels need to be covered"

If you Google this you will find many hits on not being able to mail alcohol.  Wineries are licensed to sell alcohol so they can distribute it by mail in most states.  That would be a tremendous amount of money on the line to have it rejected.
