Wedding Invitations & Paper

RSVP wording

Hello everyone, this is my first time posting on this board.

I am thinking about doing the custom RSVP where I put each individual's name on it to TRY to avoid confusion.  How should I format a line for a guest so that the person invited can write in the guest's name, or should I just write "guest" on the second line?  I'm assuming it will be 50-50 on people who know right now who their guest will be and those who do not.

Thanks in advance for all advice!

Re: RSVP wording

  • I plan on doing personalized rsvp and for "and guest" I'm leaving it blank so they can write it in or leave it blank if no guest is coming.
Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml

Me too.  Except I'm doing a separate card for each person since I need to know each individual's meal choice.

  • I just left the line blank for the very few people we gave an "and guest" to.  Virtually everyone invited to ours has an SO.
