My question is regarding how to word my invitations. My father and his wife are helping us pay for a good amount of the wedding expenses, Fi's parents are not. My mother passed away and there is still some turmoil in my family about my father getting remarried. I want to acknowledge my father and his wife in the wording of our invitations, but dont feel comfortable writing "Mr. and Mrs. BridesFather". Would it be okay to write something like " Mr. Bridesfather along with his wife, Mrs. Bridesfatherswife request the honor of your company.....".
