For family members, I thought the outer envelope is addressed formally such as Mr. and Mrs. S Smith. For the inner envelope, for close family, I thought you address it more casually like Aunt Sally & Uncle John. Is that right? or am I doing this all wrong? As Im doing it, Im thinking im wrong and the inner envelope should still say Mr. and Mrs. Smith? What about for your parents, can the inner envelope say Mom & Dad?
