Entree Symbols

I just started making a draft of my invites and I am at the point where I am doing my RSVP card and I would like to use symbols for fish, chicken, and veggies (like a carrot) to symbolize the type of meal provided. Where can I find these? I did a search on here and on the net and no luck. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

I'd probably hate that as a guest. why not just type out what the actual meal is? not just: "circle what you would like: fish, chicken or veggie" but actually typing out what the dish is. pecan crusted tuna, smoked salmon, etc. there are eleventy billion ways to cook both chicken and veggies, some more appetizing than others.

I agree with Pooh8402 I personally am a very picky eater i am not eating off my menu for my wedding. I dont eat steak or fish and all the chicken options have cream sauce and I am allregic to dairy so I cant eat the chicken so If i were RSVP for your wedding I wouldnt know I what type of chicken or veggie i was ordering.  I am not High maintenance so I am not trying to come off as snooty.

I am having another card with a detailed menu for my invites and I am just trying to see how it would look to shorten it up with a pic on my RSVP card.. that's all. Don't know if I am going to keep it, but I just wanted to try and see how it looks and go from there.. I used cute icons for my map I created and I kinda wanted to keep that vibe? We'll see!   : )

But does anyone know where I could find them--not clip art but as a symbol ..maybe in the form of a font even? I think I'll do a font search and see what that turns up.

That's a list of fonts that are free that have something to do with food.

I personally like istockphoto for things like this.  You may have to pay a couple dollars, but the images are really high quality.

I agree istockphoto.com is going to be your best bet.  Other than that, you should be able to come up with something through a Google image search.

You might be able to download clipart from microsoft.com to use in word, excel, etc.
If you have microsoft office, its really easy.
