How to deal with duplicate names in The Knot RSVP feature

In my family, we have quite a few people with the same names. When I did a test-run of the RSVP feature on my wedding website, I typed in one name that should have had two entries and I could only find one listed with his spouse. The single person with the same name did not show up. I tried it on a few other names with similar circumstances and the same thing happened. What is going on and how can this be resolved? Most people won't have a problem RSVP-ing, but a select few will definitely have troubles.

While I did not use that feature myself, I have heard of many problems with TK's different guest list features.

Can you do an alternate RSVP system?  Why not include postcards with your invitations?  There will be no envelope to add weight and the postage is cheaper than a standard RSVP with envelope.

Yeah... don't waste your time with TK features, as they can have a lot of technical problems.
