Names on RSVP cards??

Am I supposed to write the names of my guests on the RSVP cards?  We have a space for names and a space where we fill in the number of seats reserved for their party.  So should I fill in their names or do they write them in when they RSVP?  On the inner envelopes, I'm writing the name of everyone invited.  How does this work? TIA

Thank you.  So if I decide to write in the names, should it be formal names with titles or just their first names?

I've never recieved an invitation where the RSVP was pre-filled.  IMO, i probably wouln't.  As long as you specify on the inner envelope who is invited exactly (like you said you were), then I wouldn't bother.
