So we included accomodation information on our invitation for the blocks of rooms we had at a local hotel. I already ordered and received the invitations, and I just found out that the hotel has already booked...30 rooms have already been booked for our wedding in August!
So now I am stressing because that hotel is listed for accomodations on our invitation but it's full!! We haven't sent them yet, so should I just include a separate sheet of paper or card with alternate hotels?
The good news is we did put our wedding website on the invitation, but I don't want to assume that everyone will check it.
Advice and reassurance would be much appreciated!
