Inviting a female coworker and her husband

Hi ladies---

I'm inviting my female coworker and her husband. Obviously, I'm a lot closer to the wife (because I work with her) than her husband. Do I still put Mr. and Mrs. John Doe on the envelope? Thanks for your help in advance!

I only invited 2 co-workers.  I had only met one of their spouses once.  I still addressed the envelopes as Mr & Mrs John Doe.

What else would you put.....?

Mr and Mrs Jane Doe?
Jane Doe and Guest?

Both of the above make no sense, so I don't get what the issue is. If you don't know her husband's name, you ask her.

I still did Mr. & Mrs. John Doe, when if I never met the husband before.

Mr. and Mrs. John Doe is correct.

If you want to include her first name, you can do Mr. and Mrs. Jane and John Doe.  

It's not traditional, but it's becoming acceptable to include both first names.
